PR Check - Valid Google PageRank Checker

Here at DomainPRCheck we usually write mostly about the Google PageRank (PR). But how do you really achive a high PR – PageRank? And how do you check if the PR is valid?

Well, first of all, you need a website with high PR that links to your site. Websites with low Alexa rank tends to have many visitors, and hence they usually also get high PR. To achive traffic you need some sort of content that people comes back to, and one thing that has been proven to work is Spotify playlist links – especially if they are targeted and frequently updated. A PR4-site like SouthPoleRadio makes this work all the time.

Get your own site like that, make it work and hope that high PR sites link to you. Try to find your niche! You’ll see soon that visitors tend to bookmark, which tends to decrease the Alexa which then, in turn, increases the PR. And with high PR comes success.

So if you then have another site where you need high PR – link from your earlier worked-up site. A link from a PR4 usually tend to give the linked site PR3, and so on.

Always check your PageRanks validity using several different kinds of services. And if you buy a PR-site on eBay – NEVER take the auction text’s information for granted. Many lie about their PR on eBay, sadly.

Make your website grow! Get new fresh visitors to your website instantly with a small investment. How? Read on!

We here present one of the absolutley best ways to get more visitors – quickly – to your website. This is a proven technique (used on this website too!), and it will get you the best and most ongoing traffic you can get for your money.

When buying traffic from traffic sources you usually get 404-traffic, pop-unders, auto-hits and other pretty useless visitors. Those kinds of traffic are good for a website that just want to improve the Alexa rank, maybe to be able to increase the prices on ad-campaigns, but the amount of real visitors actually reading your articles and taking notice of your content are extremely low.

To get REAL visitors you need to do a lot of HARD WORK – or you can invest a small amount of money and let the investment do the work for you.

So how does this work? Well, first of all you should get yourself a GoDaddy Auction Account and an eBay account. The Godaddy account costs $5, but it is a VERY good investment, and the eBay account is free. Both are proven websites for auctioning domains.

And hey – now you’re thinking that I’m just talking about getting lots of domains and hopeing that something sticks? No. This is not how this works. Read on…

The first thing you should do now is to install a PR and Alexa plugin to your browser. Personally, I use the Swoosty SEO Tools, since it’s small, hides in the lower right corner and is FAST. You can use anyone you want though, but you need one that presents the Alexa and PageRank on the page you are currently visiting (PAGE – not DOMAIN!).

Now, do your homework! There’s still some work hidden here, but the more work you do, the less money you have to spend. Check out the auctions on eBay and GoDaddy. It doesn’t matter which top domain you’re looking at – what you’re looking at is to see if the domain in question has an Alexa and/or PR rating.

So, check an auction which is selling a domain for $5 or less. Focus on those first. Go to the domain in question and see if it has an Alexa rating of 20M or lower. Does it? Then it’s good deal. Mark it, flag it, or maybe even bid on it. If the site has PR, be careful – it can be inflated, it can be the parking site’s PR that is showing. The Alexa rank is a more sure bet. If you do more homework you will soon be able to see if the PageRank is valid or not. And if it IS valid, even a PR1 site for $5 is a grab.

But here is the secret: a website with Alexa 20M or lower does have traffic. It might have around 10 uniques or so per day. Now, if you buy ten, fifteen or maybe even 100 of these domains, then you can start getting some serious traffic.

Now, lets say you stumble over 10 domains for less than $5 each that has an Alexa rating of 20M and lower. Buy them. Now do a .htaccess file with a 301 redirect to the webpage that you want to push this traffic to.

Now here is a one thing you should remember: if you have a website with a blog that focus on movies, then of course some of this traffic will, sooner or later, start dropping off if the website earlier was about government taxes.

So here comes the homework again! Before you actually go out and BUY these domains, check them up in the Archive and see what they focused on before. Any website focusing on music, movies or magazines can be tailored to the entertainment sites – but this traffic won’t work so good for a SEO blog like this. So do the 301′s carefully and you will gain a lot of traffic with a little investment.

So there you have it! Start selling those Alexa ranked domains you have – and start buying them from others! And if you SELL an Alexa ranked domain, be sure to let the buyers know what it was used for before. That way, it’s a more sure sell.
